Put 2-2/3 cups flour into Cuisinart with metal blade.
Add 2 sticks COLD butter (cut butter into chunks first).
Add 1 tsp salt + pinch sugar.
With Cuisinart running add 1/2 cup COLD water.
Mix until ball forms.
