1 large Early Girl or Slicer tomato
½ bunch Capay Valley basil
1 cup water
½ avocado
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup EVOO
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serves 4.
