Ingredients
- 1 bunch Rapini (aka Broccoli Raab)
- 2 cloves garlic, or more if you wish
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – we recommend Taber Ranch or Capay Oaks (available at Palo Alto Community Farmshop or by special request)
Preparation
Heat up the olive oil and garlic, add Rapini. Sauté until desired tenderness. You can also add lemon and/or chili flakes while cooking to add some zing.
