2-4 summer squash, sliced thin lengthwise
olive oil
salt

Slice summer squash thin lengthwise and sprinkle with salt. Let sit about 20 minutes. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the summer squash in pan until tender (about 3-5 minutes, depending on thickness). Enjoy.
