Ingredients
- 6-8 carrots
- 1/2 – 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp coriander and cumin (toasted and ground if using whole)
- Salt
Preparation
Halve carrots lengthwise, slice moderately thin (about 1/4") and cut to 1" strips
Toss with other ingredients and season to taste
