Slow-Roasted Juliette Tomatoes
Here’s John and Gretchen Ceteras’ favorite way to enjoy Juliette Cherry Tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 basket Juliette Tomatoes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees.
- Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise and place cut side up on baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place in oven for about 2 hours.
- Spread on crostini or sliced baguette.
