Sautéed Rapini
Ingredients
1 bunch Rapini (aka Broccoli Raab)
2 cloves garlic, or more if you wish
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – we recommend Taber Ranch or Capay Oaks
Preparation
Heat up the olive oil and garlic, add Rapini. Sauté until desired tenderness. You can also add lemon and/or chili flakes while cooking to add some zing.
