Rosemary Walnuts
Lightly spiced walnuts rich with the herbal flavor of rosemary – yum! Fast, easy, and perfect to spice up any meal, also great as a gift.
Ingredients
- 2 cups walnuts
- 2-1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons crumbled dried rosemary or 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place walnuts in a single layer in a shallow pan. Mix together butter, rosemary, salt, and cayenne pepper. Pour over walnuts. Roast in oven for about 10 minutes, until browned, shaking occasionally.
