Romaine Lettuce Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Tokyo Turnips
- 1 head Romaine
- 1 Pomegranate
- 1 Lime
- 2 oz EVOO
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Wash all ingredients.
- Cut pomegranate on its equator. Place flat side down in the palm of your hand. Smack with the back of a large spoon to dislodge seeds. Discard white parts.
- Slice Turnips very thin and toss with 1 oz EVOO, salt and pepper.
- Cut romaine into bite size pieces.
- Cut and squeeze lime over romaine and toss with oil, pomegranate seeds, and seasoned turnip slices.
- Plate with love and make it look pretty!
