Roasted Rosemary Figs
Ingredients
1 pint figs, halved
½ cup Mascarpone cheese
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Rosemary prunings (or, if no branches are handy, use ¼ cup dried rosemary)
Preparation
Make a bed of the rosemary branches in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. If no branches are available, sprinkle the dried rosemary across the bottom of the pan. Lay the figs on top. Mix Mascarpone cheese and maple syrup. Put a dollop of the mixture on each half. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
