Roasted Kohlrabi
Ingredients
- 1-2 heads kohlrabi
- Extra virgin olive oil (we recommend our very own, Taber Ranch or Capay Oaks)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut kohlrabi into cubes. Toss with a generous amount of olive oil (this is a fun way to get your hands dirty!), then add salt and pepper and toss some more. You can also add your favorite herbs to give it additional flavor. Serve as a side dish or beneath a beautiful piece of fish!
