Roasted Fennel Bulbs
This sweet and tangy recipe will compliment a baked chicken dish or your favorite pasta. The bulbs should come out of the oven tender and carmelized. You can also chop these bulbs and top your salad with them.
Ingredients
1 fennel bulb, quartered with tough ends and greens removed
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tblsp balsamic vingar
Prepartion
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss the fennel in a bowl with olice oil and blasamic vinegar to coat. Cover pan with aluminum and roast the fennel for 30 minutes, or until the bulbs begin to brown. Serve warm and enjoy.
