Napa Cabbage Salad
Chop up 4-5 leaves of Napa Cabbage. Use both the green and white parts of the leaf.
Add shredded watermelon radish, chopped walnuts or topping of your choice.
Dress with your favorite oil and vinegar dressing.
Or try using oil and lime, salt and pepper to taste.
