We currently serve the San Francisco Bay Area through public and private pick-up sites. Our public sites include: San Francisco Avedano's and Cheese Plus, Palo Alto Calafia Cafe, Redwood City The Movie Groove and Grind.

Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches green
  • 2 bunches
  • Parmesan cheese, 1-inch super thin strips
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Kalamata olives, chopped
  • Lime

Preparation

Blanche the asparagus (about 90 seconds). Grill asparagus over low heat on the grill or grill like surface. Blanche the arugula and blend it with olive oil and kalamata olives, creating a pesto. Toss the asparagus with the pesto, shave Parmesan on top.
