Fruit and Nut Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 apple and/or pear, chopped
  • 3 Fuyu , chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 3-4 Tbsp
  • Juice and zest of one
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Combine everything and serve chilled as is, or on top of leafy greens.
