Easy Homemade Bruschetta (crunchy garlic and olive oil bread)
Crusty bread
Garlic clove, peeled
EVOO
Slice the bread and toast it until it gets slightly crispy. Rub the garlic clove evenly over one side of the bread (rub over both sides if you really like garlic). Drizzle the olive oil over the bread. Repeat with all slices of bread. Enjoy with herbs and sliced fresh tomatoes if desired.
