Our pick-up locations.
We currently serve the San Francisco Bay Area through public and private pick-up sites. Our public sites include: San Francisco Avedano's and Cheese Plus, Palo Alto Calafia Cafe, Redwood City The Movie Groove and Grind.

Dru’s Pumpkin Pie Filling

Select 1-2 (3+ lbs.) yummy hard squash – kabocha, red kuri, butternut, Triple Treat…or any combination . Bake until soft (30-45 min.) to yield:
3 cups cooked squash
Pureé really well, then add:
3 TBL white sugar
3 TBL brown sugar
2 TBL molasses
1/2 tsp cloves or allspice
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
Pour all this into a bowl, then add:
2-3 beaten eggs
1-1/2 cups cream
Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
