This tasty dish is perfect for parties or as an appetizer served with carrot sticks, celery, pita chips, or….?

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese

2 oz feta cheese

3/4 cup finely chopped radish

1/4 finely diced red onion

ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature and combine with feta cheese. Cream with spoon. If you prefer a smoother consistency, combine radishes, onion and salt in a food processor. Add radishes, salt, and onion and mix thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley (optional).
