Cottage Fried Potatoes
3 Tbsp butter
3 med potatoes, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
salt and pepper
- In a large skillet melt butter. Layer potatoes into skillet. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook, covered, over medium heat for 8 mins. Add onion rings. Cook, uncovered, 8 – 10 mins. more or until potatoes are tender and browned. Turn frequently.
