Basic Green Garlic Ideas
Green garlic has a subtle, spicy flavor that’s great with pasta dishes, veggies, meat dishes, soups, sauces etc. You can use green garlic from end to end. Here are some ideas:
Start any cooked dish, such as eggs or soup, by sauteing green garlic before adding other veggies, stock or meat
Finely mince the green garlic to add to salads or salad dressing
Mince the green garlic with salt and other green herbs (parsley, chives etc) and add to plain yogurt or sour cream for a delicious dip
