Annie’s Apricot Tart
From Farmer Annie Main, Good Humus Produce. “This one I sort of made up: Make a pie shell, then halve and pit the apricots and place them face down in a single layer in your uncooked pie shell. Then mix together in a separate bowl ½ cup sugar a tablespoon of cornstarch and a teaspoon of ground lavender and sprinkle over the top of the apricots. Cook for 40 minutes or until cooked.”
